NFON AG, the pan-European cloud PBX provider has established three specialised core teams who will build the departments Presales Consulting, Professional Services and Service Delivery and be responsible for the service offensive. Melanie Sollinger takes over as Head of Consulting & Services with immediate effect. Jan-Peter Koopmann, Chief Technology Officer, NFON AG: "Expansion and growth require constant adjustments for the benefits of users. Of course, this also applies to our services, regardless of whether they are carried out before commissioning or until the productive use of the NFON portfolio. Customer satisfaction has the highest priority."
Presales Consulting, formerly Technical Consultants, is responsible, for example, for presentations and workshops in bid phases, for managing tenders and also for supporting alpha tests. Professional Services is also dedicated to the expansion of existing solutions, the documentation and the transfer to regular operation as well as the control of service providers when outsourcing services. The third pillar is Service Delivery with, for example, escalation management, SLA definition and SLA monitoring, support for major customers, wholesale and white label partners and other tasks. "A precise classification of the service structure enables us within the NFON Group to achieve an even better communication flow, more intensive agreements and more effective consulting as well as focused support and solutions for complex tasks. We are gaining speed - our customers must feel understood and perfectly advised in all areas and at all times", says Melanie Sollinger, Head of Consulting & Services, NFON AG. Melanie Sollinger previously headed the Technical Consulting division.
The extension of the services generates new jobs at NFON AG in Germany. The company is growing internationally, as recently with its entry into the Italian market with a branch in Milan. As part of this strategy, NFON AG acquired Deutsche Telefon Standard AG, a specialist in cloud communications, in March 2019.
