NTT Data has appointed Clare Stephens as its new VP of DEI as part of its ongoing commitment to diversity.
Stephens brings years of experience in HR and DEI, most recently from her position as EMEA Diversity & Inclusion Leader at IBM - a role she has held since 2017.
Stephens will lead NTT’s diversity and inclusion efforts, help build on the momentum of the existing programmes, as well as create new and innovative projects.
