Okta is set to acquire Spera Security to enhance its identity threat detection and security posture management capabilities.
This acquisition will provide Okta's customers with advanced technology and improved insights for managing identity security risks.
Arnab Bose, CPPO for Okta’s Workforce Identity solutions, said: “With Spera Security, we will equip our customers with richer insights and technology to elevate their Identity security posture management, and quickly identify, detect, and remediate risks.”
The deal is expected to close during Okta’s fiscal Q1 on February 1, 2024.
