Park Place Technologies has bolstered its UK presence by acquiring Derby-based IT firm, Xuper.
The acquisition also bolsters Park Place's presence in the US and Germany, offering maintenance and professional services.
While the acquisition's details remain undisclosed, CEO Chris Adams highlighted that it aligns with its focus on offering high-level customer service.

Following the deal's transition, Xuper's chairman and MD, Peter Grogan, will retire.
