Pax8 announces GA of its cloud platform across Europe

Hot on the heels of its acquisition of Resello in July, Pax8 has announced the general availability of its Pax8 platform to resellers, MSPs and partners across Europe, which will help the cloud distributor better serve what it believes to be “an underserved market”.

According to Nick Heddy (pictured), CRO at Pax8, “Resello has an amazing leadership team, great support, and the two organisations shared many values. So, to extend and make our platform available to existing Resello partners and to present a broader proposition to new partners was a natural step for us.”

Pax8 offers partners across more than 40 European countries what it calls a ‘modern cloud platform’ that helps them buy, sell, and manage cloud solutions.

The platform simplifies the buying journey through billing, automated provisioning, and Professional Services Automation (PSA) integrations, Pax8 claims.

“We’ve built our platform from the feedback of MSPs and our partner advisory councils. We understand that when you nail the provisioning and do it instantly, that’s where the work begins for a partner,” said Heddy.

“In order to help our partners’ workflows post-provisioning, we are now looking up and downstream in their supply chains to automate these processes too. This will create an enhanced partner experience, but crucially will enable them to deliver a far superior customer experience,” he added.

Harald Nuij, managing director of Resello, said he was impressed by the additional features and intuitive capabilities that the Pax8 platform offers to MSPs.

“Already we can see the enormous benefits of the platform's empowerment programmes, tools, and the solid experience Pax8 brings to our team and how this will grow our partners’ cloud revenues,” he added.

Nuij said all MSPs can now sign up and start transacting with Pax8 via pax8.eu.

“We will make sure that they are onboarded, and they’re able to sign up and start transacting and receiving support without any minimum requirements,” he added.
