Private equity-owned Perforce is set to acquire Delphix, enhancing its DevOps offerings with data management capabilities.
Delphix’s data management software offers scalable automation, governance, and compliance for enterprise data across the application lifecycle.
Perforce CEO Jim Cassens said: "The addition of Delphix to our portfolio adds critical data management capabilities that help enterprise organizsations realize an automated and accelerated DevOps pipeline."
Delphix CEO Jedidiah Yueh added: "As part of Perforce, we will be positioned to continue innovating and help more customers realise the strategic power of our data platform."
The acquisition, pending standard closing conditions, is expected to conclude in Q2 2024.
