Telecom services firm PiPcall has appointed former Orange senior vice president and Enreach CEO Duncan Ward as its new CEO.
With over 30 years of experience in telecoms, Ward’s focus will be on the growth of PiPcall’s flagship product Mobile+. This follows the recent appointment of Chris Brenchley (ex-Vodafone, Onecom and ZTE) who is the sales and marketing director.
Mobile+ offers advanced unified communications and calling features, like call recording and IVR (interactive voice response) over the dedicated voice network - “with wide reach, accessibility and no internet dependence”, said the provider.
Ward said: “Mobile+ is built for businesses that prioritise continuity, mobility and the delivery of quality service. With a separate phone directory specifically for work contacts, it’s secure, GDPR-compliant and cost-effective.”
Ward will succeed Simon Hochhauser, the founder and previous CEO, who will transition to the role of executive chairman.
