Cybersecurity and compliance company Proofpoint is opening a new office in Cork, Ireland, creating over 250 jobs in the next two years, with further investment planned over the next four years.
This location will serve as the company’s international hub, supporting key functions such as engineering, research and development, customer support, finance, and marketing.
Kim Sullivan, CPO at Proofpoint, said: “Our new Cork office will house a dynamic and diverse group of teams, working on challenging and meaningful projects, helping us to make an ongoing impact on such a vital and evolving industry.”
With its headquarters in Sunnyvale, California, and offices worldwide, Proofpoint currently employs over 4,500 people globally, including more than 100 in Cork.
