Edinburgh-based Microsoft cybersecurity partner Quorum Cyber has accelerated its global expansion by acquiring Canadian-based MSP Difenda.
With a team of 80 employees, Difenda serves clients across industries such as manufacturing, finance, energy, retail, technology, and healthcare.
Operating from offices in Ontario and Arizona, Difenda is also a Microsoft Solutions Partner for security.

The move follows Quorum's recent investment from private equity firm Charlesbank Capital Partners, secured three months ago.
