RingCentral has struck a deal with Fujitsu to provide enterprises across EMEA with its cloud communications and contact centre solutions. The agreement supports Fujitsu’s strategy of building a strong ecosystem of partners across its Digital Workplace portfolio, adding productivity tools to enhance its unified communications as-a-service (UCaaS) offering.
Fujitsu will offer RingCentral Office and Contact Centre as part of its Digital Workplace solutions. The agreement covers Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK.
Annette McInnes, head of employee experience at Fujitsu, said: “The cloud has changed the workplace and how people work forever. Employees want to be more autonomous, entrepreneurial and free from the constraints of traditional working hours. Businesses must create a compelling employee experience that enables and supports their expectations, with RingCentral we’re committed to delivering industry-leading workplace solutions to them.”
Marty Piombo, VP of strategic partnerships at RingCentral, said: “The benefits of cloud communications to the enterprise are clear. Fujitsu is a leader in Europe for digital workplace services and we support their strategy to deliver additional benefits to enterprises and their employees.”
RingCentral works with distributors, master agents, channel partners and carrier partners to deliver mobile-first voice, video meetings, team messaging, digital customer engagement and integrated contact centre solutions. Last year, consulting firm Intelligence Partner of Spain was appointed as a RingCentral cloud collaboration solutions provider in that market.
And earlier this year, RingCentral announced a partnership with services provider PCM to support its cloud communications solutions in the enterprise market across the UK and North America. As a multi-vendor player, PCM is working with RingCentral to enable its enterprise end customers to drive tighter collaboration among their employees and sales teams, as well as enhance overall workforce productivity.
