Rubrik is set to bolster its cloud and data security capabilities with the acquisition of Laminar.
The duo will jointly develop a unified cyber resilience solution to enhance cyber recovery and posture across cloud, enterprise and SaaS environments.
Amit Shaked, CEO and co-founder of Laminar, said: “The combination of cyber posture and cyber recovery will help create a cyber resilient future where organizations can take on any threat, at any stage of the attack.”
Rubrik intends to leverage the expertise of the Laminar team by establishing a new R&D facility in Tel Aviv, Israel, adding to its existing locations in Bangalore, India and Palo Alto, CA.
