NTT Data Business Solutions in Germany has acquired Bulgarian SAP Gold partner Business Services & Technologies, to further expand the NTT unit's global managed services capabilities.
With the new location in Sofia, Bulgaria, NTT Data Business Solutions will have six global managed service centres, with operations in 31 countries.
Business Services & Technologies, founded in 2012, focuses on guiding digital transformation processes through business and implementation consulting, as well as managed services for SAP solutions such as Ariba, S/4HANA and SuccessFactors. Its managed services portfolio comprises cloud services, software development and application management services for customers from a variety of sectors, including food and beverages, construction and the automotive industry.
“The European markets require Europe-based shoring centres and delivery on site. With this acquisition, we are expanding our shoring offerings in the European Union,” said Norbert Rotter, CEO of NTT Data Business Solutions AG.
