Rigby-owned SCC has bolstered its Microsoft and UC&C portfolio by acquiring Microsoft specialist Resonate.
This move, following the acquisitions of Nimble Approach and Vohkus, supports SCC's Digital Solutions and Services Provider (DSSP) strategy.
James Rigby (pictured), CEO of SCC EMEA, said: “Resonate’s Teams expertise, its managed service, and its purpose-built management tools will be a welcome addition to our portfolio.
Resonate, with a 150-strong workforce across Europe and India and a 25% year-on-year growth since 2015, will continue to operate independently under CEO Bob Garcia and its current management team.
Garcia said: “We knew that SCC would be a good home for Resonate and a great environment for our people to continue to grow their skills and drive innovation and business value for customers.”
