Schoenfeld named Forta’s new President

Forta, previously HelpSystems, has appointed Matthew Schoenfeld as its new President, with current President Jim Cassens continuing to support the business as an Executive Director.

Schoenfeld (pictured), who has 20-plus years of experience in cybersecurity and technology, joins Fortra from Absolute Software, where he was overseeing global sales, channel partnerships, and the customer experience.

His pre-Absolute Software experience include stints include at Greylock Partners, FireEye and Abnormal Security.
