Luxembourg-headquartered SOA People Group has acquired fellow SAP specialist COZUMEVI, a SAP Gold Partner in Turkey.
Established in 1997, COZUMEVI’s software services portfolio will be integrated with SOA’s asset management, credit management and value management solutions.
On top of consolidating its position in the Turkish market, SOA will use COZUMEVI’s capabilities as a “nearshore platform” for its international operations, such as SAP migration projects, 24/7 support and R&D.

The addition will take the group’s total annual revenue to €250m.
