SonicWall is bolstering its cloud-security capabilities for the remote workforce by acquiring Banyan Security.
The acquisition enhances SonicWall's platform with zero-trust security solutions suitable for both large enterprises and small businesses.
SonicWall President and CEO Bob Vankirk said: “Together, SonicWall and Banyan Security will provide cloud-based secure access service edge (SASE) solutions that empower partners to deliver a security architecture for any stage of their customers’ evolving cloud journey.”
This deal comes on the heels of SonicWall's recent purchase of Virginia-based MSSP, Solutions Granted.
