Spanish IT services specialist in infrastructure management, cloud solutions, integration and outsourcing consultancy Itconic Innovative IT has announced it has bought another Spanish consultancy and premier partner of Amazon Web Services (AWS) CloudMas which is present in Europe, the US and Latin America.
CloudMas, which specialises in consulting and public cloud distribution, says it is the only company in Spain that has the AWS partner status. It offers professional services and tools to manage and control infrastructure customers in the AWS cloud while facilitating integration and streamlining the billing systems.
The acquisition is in in line with Itconic’s broader plan to become a leader in managed services and secure cloud-based solutions and additionally is expected to expand its product portfolio with a consolidated private cloud offering and IT business management solutions. The purchase of CloudMas will also enrich the company’s expertise in public cloud environment, it says.
