Stupers and Tollring sign PBX distribution partnership

Stupers, a distributor for Panasonic in Benelux, has signed a PBX distribution partnership with Tollring, a software developer specialising in call analytics and call recording services.

The new partnership between Stupers and Tollring will enable them both to tackle the increase in demand for conversation analysis and call recording solutions in Benelux, as a result of the rise of employees working from home in the region.

Through the partnerships, resellers that offer Panasonic on-premises PBX systems can add value more to their proposition with Tollring’s iCall Suite, a solution comprising of reports, dashboards, wallboards and call recording, via Stupers, it says.

“Tollring is a good addition to our product portfolio,” Maikel Broeks (pictured, left, with Erica Bleij, Regional Account Manager at Tollring), Director at Stupers says. In combination with Panasonic, we can offer customers a stronger proposition in the field of call recording and analysis. In this way, end users can monitor the quality of conversations and see where improvement is needed. Because we have over 40 years of experience as a distributor in the field of ICT, CCTV and telecoms, this is a compelling addition to our portfolio. We will offer our resellers added value with Tollring and they can come to us for technical support.”

"The demand for analytics has never been greater. We are seeing a rapid demand for call analytics and call recording across the region,” Erica Bleij, Regional Account Manager of Tollring in Europe, adds. It's powered by companies using data to make critical business decisions to maximize productivity and control the customer experience. We're excited to partner with the Stupers team, who can provide the PBX-based reseller community with comprehensive services and high-quality local support.”

The agreement comes after Stupers merged with Nimava (NL + BE) and Tendis (BE) in 2020 - organisations that are also distributors in the areas of telecommunications, camera security and cloud services in the Benelux.
