John Hawkins is to build on SureCloud’s foundations and offer strategic guidance to its senior leadership team as the UK-based GRC software provider’s new Chairman.
Hawkins, who has served as CEO of four technology companies and Chairman of 20 other firms, is credited for helping create over £2bn of additional shareholder value during his chairmanship.
Richard Hibbert (pictured), co-founder and CEO at SureCloud, said: “John’s experience with technology companies is incomparable when it comes to creating value on a global scale.”
