Swiss IT Security Group (SITS Group) has acquired SecureDevice, a Danish security as-a-service specialist.
The acquisition further strengthens the portfolio of cyber security services at SITS Group, which provides such services to enterprises, public institutions and SMEs across Europe.
SecureDevice provides managed detection and response (MDR) and security operations centre (SOC) services. The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
