TD Synnex enhances cybersecurity portfolio with Prolink buy

TD Synnex has strengthened its cybersecurity offerings and expanded its footprint in Turkey with the acquisition of Prolink, a distributor specialising in networking and security solutions. 

Founded in 1997, Prolink operates with 60 employees across Istanbul and Ankara, supporting over 300 reseller partners. 

Judith Schreibmayer, SVP, NordEast, TD Synnex said: “This deal will not only enrich our combined technology portfolio but also strengthen our ability to deliver specialist support and accelerated business growth to our partners in Turkey.”

The transaction is pending customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval in Turkey. Until then, both companies will continue to operate independently.
