Trend Micro has extended its orchestration, automation and integration capabilities with the acquisition of SOC specialist Anlyz.
The acquisition will help MSSPs improve operational efficiency and attain cost savings while providing improved security outcomes
Trend Micro will establish a new R&D centre in Bangalore, India and increase its engineering team to 3,000 associates with the onboarding of over 40 technical employees.
Kevin Simzer, COO at Trend Micro, said: “Together we are increasing SOC effectiveness and reducing both the technology and resources burdens."
Trend Micro and Anlyz share more than 30 joint customers and have been technology alliance partners since 2021.
