US-based Intralinks, provider of content management and collaborations solutions, has announced an acquisition of French security and digital rights management (DRM) technology specialist docTrackr.
Under the terms of a deal, docTrackr’s DRM technology will be integrated into the Intralinks platform.
docTrackr’s delivers technologies that protect and track PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents, no matter where those documents are stored, shared or used, it says. Therefore it will support the DRM capabilities of the Intralinks platforms and products.
