US-listed Globant has acquired Spain-based Bluecap, a specialized consultancy firm that leverages advanced analytics to develop new business models for financial institutions.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
With this acquisition, the company aim is to reinforces its position in transforming organizations and continues expanding its operations in Europe.
