Valiantys acquires kreuzwerker's Atlassian consulting biz

kreuzwerker's Atlassian consulting business has been snapped up by Valiantys, marking the global consulting and services firm’s entry into the German market.

The move will allow Valiantys to expand its global operations and expertise in Agile at Scale transformations and managed services.

Valiantys’ CEO Lucas Dussurget said: "The DACH region is strategic to Valiantys' future and is one of Atlassian's largest markets."

Tilman Muerle, MD Atlassian, kreuzwerker added: “With their support and existing capabilities, we will be able to serve our DACH customers even better with a global presence as well as access to specialists on Cloud Migrations, ITSM, Agile at Scale and Work Management."

The deal follows Valiantys' recent acquisitions of Addteq's consulting services and Expium last year.
