Vertiv has acquired CoolTera to boost its liquid cooling solutions for large-scale AI deployments.
Giordano Albertazzi (pictured), CEO, Vertiv said: “The acquisition is essential to further reinforce our liquid cooling portfolio, enhancing our ability to serve the needs of our global data centre customers and strengthening our position and capabilities to support the needs of AI at scale.”
The deal is expected to finalise in Q4 2023, subject to standard closing conditions.
