FourNet has tapped former Sabio CCaaS Solutions Lead, Iain Johnson, as its new Head of Solution Design.
Before spending eight years at Sabio, Johnson served as the Principal Solution Consultant for EMEA at Genesys.
Stuart Williams, CTO at FourNet, said: “Johnson will help us design, develop, and deliver vendor agnostic CX transformation for our customers and will work closely with our newly created CX function.”
His arrival follows other key hires, including Oliver Bareham as Customer Experience Director and Alan Linter as Group Consulting Director, both formerly of Capita.
