Ruijter-Quist named Westcon-Comstor’s first CPO

Westcon-Comstor has appointed Erna de Ruijter-Quist to the newly created role of Chief People Officer. 

With past leadership roles at Sage, HSBC, and Sony, among others, Ruijter-Quist (pictured) will now lead the firm's employee strategy, driving employee engagement and accelerating the company’s digital transformation.

This includes continuing to embed a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion, along with introducing initiatives focused on innovation, internal mobility and learning and development.
