MSP Square is planning to expand its presence in Europe with a new UK office, adding to its locations in India and North America.
Established in 2002, the company provides a range of services to clients including white label NOC/SOC & helpdesk support .
Abhinav Kaushik (pictured) - Managing Partner - MSP Square, said: “Our strategic plan involves establishing our UK office in the vibrant city of London. The new office will address the requirements of all our customers based in the UK. On one side, it will handle customer relationship management, account oversight, contract management, and billing operations.
“On the other side, it will be responsible for managing our partner engagement programme. We anticipate that our UK customer service and partner engagement team will expand to include 10 members within the next 24 months."
In its first year in the UK, Kaushik said the company aims to partner with 3-4 medium to large size MSPs as part of its growth strategy.
“The MSP community has a strong sense of camaraderie, and it's noteworthy that many of our North American customers are already acquainted with and collaborate with various MSPs in the UK.

Currently, MSP Square has a total of 29 MSP partners in North America.
