Kick ICT has bolstered its market presence with the strategic purchase of C2 Software, a move that aligns with its ambitious target of a 40% revenue increase this year.
This acquisition—its ninth in eight years—pushes Kick's turnover beyond £30m, EBITDA above £4m, and recurring revenues to £20.5m.
The company's workforce is set to expand further, exceeding 170, through its Kick Academy.
C2's expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, CRM, and membership software also significantly enhances Kick's service offerings.
