Westcon-Comstor, in an extended partnership with voice networking vendor AudioCodes, is now the first pan-EMEA distributor of the AudioCodes Live Platform for Microsoft Teams.
This collaboration enhances unified communications as a service (UCaaS) and contact centre as a service (CCaaS) offerings for channel partners by integrating advanced calling, contact centre, and recording features into Microsoft Teams.
Hosted on Microsoft Azure and managed by Westcon, the service enhances Teams with AI-driven contact centre functionalities.

Initially focusing on the UK and Europe, the agreement is set to expand to additional EMEA countries in the upcoming months.
