SaaS data protection vendor Keepit has appointed Kim Larsen as the new Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
Bringing over two decades of IT and cybersecurity leadership from roles in both government and the private sector, Larsen (pictured) has previously worked with NATO, the EU, Verizon, and Systematic.
He has also served for 10 years on several industry security boards including the Danish Industry Confederation and the Danish Council for Digital Security.
Morten Felsvang, Keepit CEO, said: “Kim’s deep government and broad private sector experience is exceptional, and perfectly positions him to bring Keepit’s security advisory capabilities and development of future services to the next level.
“Our current growth trajectory and go-to-market strategy has us engaging in conversations where his expertise is highly valuable.”
