Cloud collaboration provider Evolve IP has partnered with technology firm iTEL to launch ‘ucSKILLS’, an eLearning platform designed to enhance reseller expertise and win new business.
The platform offers tools for delivering Evolve IP’s Anywhere Product Suite solutions, enhancing customer experience.
Available from a central, constantly updated resource, the platform aims to strengthen reseller knowledge across the EMEA region and accelerate digital adoption, according to Scott Rixon (pictured), Evolve IP's Solutions Director.
He said: "Our partnership with iTEL will transform current services and create a host of benefits such as optimising team knowledge and support levels, improving the overall customer experience and reducing customer churn.
