Infinity Group acquires end-customer business from Pax8

Microsoft partner and MSP Infinity Group has expanded its reach by partnering with Pax8 and acquiring its end-customer business, previously part of Bam Boom Cloud.

This acquisition adds 200 Business Central customers to Infinity's portfolio, increasing its total to 540 clients.

Infinity Group CEO Rob Young (pictured) said: “This is a key step in our growth, allowing us to deliver fixed price, fixed outcome solutions across Dynamics 365 and Business Central at scale.”  

This move also initiates a long-term strategic partnership with Pax8, with Infinity becoming a channel partner of Pax8. 

Young added: “Our people and ethos complement each other completely and we can’t wait to see what’s next as we continue to work together.”
