Colt Technology Services has extended its Microsoft Operator Connect cloud voice solution to resellers. Now, resellers can offer their customers “flexible, high-performance” cloud workplace collaboration software with Microsoft Teams across Colt’s secure digital infrastructure, said the provider.
Reseller partners offering Microsoft Operator Connect benefit from full digital administration and automation, with access to the Microsoft Teams Admin Centre.
Service changes can be made in “just a few clicks”, so resellers can deliver a “responsive, flexible customer experience” and work with Colt as a single provider across 13 European countries.
Businesses reselling Operator Connect are supported by the Colt team’s extensive technical and regulatory expertise, with Colt certified as a Microsoft Solutions Partner, and the service is fully-compliant with European regulations.
For resellers’ end customers, cloud-based voice services help to maintain a productive, connected remote workforce, with them experiencing the same high levels of access to digital services as employees located in a traditional workplace.
There’s also no hardware to maintain or components to replace, with the cloud offering scalability, so they can respond quickly to changing market dynamics, allowing them to quickly scale up during peak times. A pay-as-you-go pricing model helps them to manage costs too.
Peter Coppens, VP, infrastructure and connectivity solutions, Colt Technology Services, said, “The fantastic growth potential in the cloud voice market presents exciting opportunities for resellers to develop new revenue streams, with minimal upfront investment in systems and platforms.
“Extending Microsoft Operator Connect to resellers gives them the chance to take advantage of this growth potential, supported by a Microsoft-certified partner with scale and expertise.”
