Cyber security provider Heimdal has integrated its technology with HaloPSA, the MSP helpdesk ticketing system.
The integration allows Heimdal customers and partners using HaloPSA to automate and customise ticket management, “significantly boosting operational efficiency”, it said.
Angus Shaw, sales director at Heimdal partner Brigantia Partners, said of the integration: “This marks a significant milestone for both companies. Both are rapidly expanding and gaining traction across the UK and Irish MSP markets. The collaboration will streamline processes for both existing and future partners.”
Jesper Frederiksen, CEO of Denmark-headquartered Heimdal, said: “This integration will greatly benefit MSPs and MSSPs by simplifying their operations and reducing the number of vendors needed to meet their objectives.”
