Managed Services Summit highlights practical AI

AI will be a key focus at IT Europa’s 14th annual Managed Services Summit in London including a keynote from Professor Lisa Wilson (pictured).

Yasmin Simmons from Atera will present "Beyond Limits: Unlocking IT’s Next Frontier with AI," delving into AI's transformative potential in IT services. She will discuss how AI enables MSPs to focus on strategic and analytical work, highlighting Atera's Action AI, which enhances IT efficiency by reducing response and resolution times, improving accuracy, and automating tasks, allowing teams to prioritise high-value projects.

Cloud business management

James Woods from Arrow will present "ArrowSphere AI: Your Cloud Business Game-Changer," showcasing how AI is transforming cloud business management. He will explore ArrowSphere’s AI Assistant, powered by Microsoft Azure AI, which streamlines workflows, automates routine tasks, and provides intelligent insights.

Compliance, insurance, and AI

Kyle Torres from Sophos will address "Compliance, Insurance, and AI – The Latest Wave of Conversations Driving Cybersecurity Services," examining the intersection of AI and cybersecurity. His session will explore how compliance, cyber insurance, and generative AI fit into the evolving conversation around selling cybersecurity services.

Continuing the AI theme, Professor Lisa Wilson will also deliver a keynote on the future of AI, discussing its use cases, pros and cons, and its impact on the workforce in the IT sector.
