Craig Aston, formerly COO, has been elevated to CEO of Celerity, succeeding founder Chris Roche, who moves into a non-executive role.
Leading a team of 90 with a turnover of over £40m, Aston (pictured) will focus on expanding services, exploring new sectors, and driving acquisitions.
The leadership team is further bolstered with Mike Gowen as CRO and Graeme Smith as Chief Technology Officer, while outgoing CTO Chris Hall transitions to a non-executive role.
