The Managed Services Summit returns to Manchester on November 19, offering a packed day of insights, discussions, and keynotes at the heart of the UK's managed services industry. The summit gathers leading industry figures, innovative tech providers, and managed service providers (MSPs) to address both present-day challenges and future trends in managed services.

The day will kick off with Jason Robinson OBE, the keynote speaker and former England rugby captain, who will share his inspiring journey. His talk will highlight the critical values of perseverance and leadership, emphasizing the importance of resilience both in sport and business.

Following Robinson’s keynote, attendees will dive into the latest topics shaping the MSP industry. Sessions will cover essential strategies like transforming compliance challenges into profitable ventures, scaling sales approaches, and integrating mobile solutions in managed services. As the day progresses, panel discussions will provide a deeper dive into the current and future landscapes of the Northern MSP sector, with a lineup of speakers from companies like Pax8, Kaseya, Giacom, and ConnectWise. The panelists will examine key areas of interest, including sales, service delivery, and emerging technologies, sparking engaging discussions with insights from both speakers and audience members.

In the afternoon, a keynote from Greg Van Der Gaast of Sequoia Consulting will take the stage, providing a thought-provoking look at why the current security landscape struggles to keep pace with the rapidly growing number of threats and vulnerabilities. Van Der Gaast will explore lessons from other industries that could be applied to help managed services providers improve both security and overall business outcomes.

Throughout the event, attendees will explore the impact of AI, cyber resilience, and data center consumption models on IT service delivery. Notably, the summit’s afternoon sessions will highlight cybersecurity challenges, automation, and innovative solutions in Zero Trust Architecture, with presentations from thought leaders at CyberSmart, Keeper Security, and Heimdal.

The summit will conclude with "The Big Debate," an interactive panel giving the MSP community a chance to reflect on insights from the day and forecast the future of the industry. This final session encourages attendees to participate actively, raising questions, offering feedback, and sharing their own experiences. As the summit wraps up, prizes including Apple AirPods Pro and hospitality tickets for the England vs. Scotland Six Nations match will be announced during the networking drinks.
