The Bechtle Group is buying French-speaking Evo-lusys SA in western Switzerland. Established since 2006, the IT consulting company is a specialist in analytics and cloud solutions based on Microsoft technologies. Evolusys customers include companies from all sectors. The purchase price has not been revealed.
Based in Coppet near Geneva, the company currently employs 25 experienced consultants specialising in analytics, collaboration and cloud solutions, with a range of services, from strategic consulting through support and training to the conception and implementation of turnkey solutions. It is working in Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, data visualisation and process automation and is a Microsoft Gold Partner in the field of Data Analytics and Silver Partner in Cloud Productivity and Cloud Platforms. In addition, the company works with a network of selected manufacturers from the Microsoft Ecosystem such as Nintex, ShareGate, Metalogix and others. In the past fiscal year, sales were around 5 million Swiss francs.
