Finnish DevOps services firm Eficode has expanded its reach in the DACH region by acquiring Beecom, a leader in Atlassian software and consulting in Switzerland.
With the acquisition Eficode is reinforcing its ability to serve growing demand for Atlassian software, cloud migrations and the adoption of agile and DevOps practices and tools.
Beecom has over 200 customers in Switzerland from industries such as banking, automotive, business services and security. Its revenue was €10m in the last financial year.
After the acquisition German-speaking markets represent around one fifth of Eficode's business.

“By acquiring Beecom we can confidently serve its customers with an even broader set of services.”
Eficode offers its ROOT DevOps platform, a managed service for DevOps tools from over 40 technology providers. The acquisition has allowed it to expand its Atlassian solution offering more broadly into areas like enterprise agile planning tools with Jira Align, IT service management (ITSM) and agile processes for wider user groups, including marketing, human resources and legal.

Eficode operates in eight countries and has over 400 professionals.
