Communication services vendor IntelePeer says it is “accelerating” its global channel strategy with the appointment of Brent Earlewine as senior vice president of indirect channels. It is also bringing in ex-IBM global managing director Vincent Zandvliet as a senior vice president for alliances.
Earlewine was previously a senior director for channels, distribution and new solution providers at Avaya, where he helped the company shift its indirect channel revenues from on-premise to cloud consumption models.
“I look forward to helping expand the reach and benefits of IntelePeer’s services and solutions to new channels and partners,” said Earlewine. “IntelePeer has made incredible progress over the past few years with their Atmosphere upgrades and its most recent Atmosphere Voice for Microsoft Teams announcement.”
Prior to IntelePeer, Zandvliet held numerous global channel positions at IBM and was most recently IBM's global managing director, until leaving this March. He will focus on IntelePeer's expanding channel alliance with IBM.
“This is truly the perfect opportunity to leverage my extensive ecosystem experience and execute the joint IntelePeer-IBM revenue growth initiatives,” said Zandvliet. “This is a leadership position that will not only help create high-performance channel sales teams but also facilitate the overall success of this key partnership.”
“Brent and Vincent are high-calibre leaders perfectly suited to join the expanding IntelePeer team,” said IntelePeer chief commercial officer Jeremy Jones. “Both will be instrumental in leveraging indirect channels to markets and fostering key partnerships as we continue our growth path as a CPaaS (communications platform as-a-service) leader.
“Brent’s expertise in building, recruiting and cultivating an ecosystem of business partners, combined with Vincent’s deep experience in alliance and partnership management, hybrid cloud, artificial intelligence and new software consumption models brings unique skills.”
