Sydney-based managed service and cloud provider Intelliworx has acquired UK IT company Assits for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition of the Winchester-based company has added to the growth of Intelliworx UK and expanded its presence in the UK market.
In addition, the company said the acquisition aligns with Intelliworx’s growth strategy in the UK while complementing its current growth, new roles in the organisation, and move to a larger office space in London.

Both companies claim to offer a range of IT solutions and services aimed at helping customers grow their businesses and increasing their productivity. Intelliworx provides managed IT, cloud, consulting, and remote working solutions support to SMBs globally, whereas Assits provides consultancy, system design and architecture, procurement, and project management.
