Orange Business Services (OBS) is losing its CEO, after Helmut Reisinger resigned from the role, effective from January 17, 2022.
Reisinger has been at OBS for 14 years, and he has chosen to “pursue other professional opportunities outside the Orange group”, said OBS. Reisinger (pictured) hasn't confirmed what he will be doing instead either.
He has been CEO of OBS since 2018, “overseeing the profound transformation of Orange’s B2B entity into a global network-native digital services company”, said OBS.
After his departure, Aliette Mousnier-Lompré, EVP of operations and customer service, will take over on an interim basis until a new CEO is appointed.
“I would like to thank Helmut Reisinger for his constant commitment to the development of the group's B2B activity,” said Stéphane Richard, chairman and CEO of Orange. “In particular, he successfully built-up new activities within OBS linked to data and cloud computing that have seen double-digit growth for many quarters. Helmut turned OBS into a world leader in software-defined networks.”
