Data science company Profusion has teamed up with AI platform provider Sisense to tackle the skills gap the industry is currently facing with a new data training programme.
The programmes, which cover UX Dashboard Design and Sisense BloX, aim to teach professionals the techniques they require to get the most out of data dashboards.
Learning how to build and customise data dashboards for quick and accurate visualisation and analysis, build customised data widgets and define the analytics of user personas are among the new techniques the courses will provide professionals.
“There is huge demand from professionals at every level for data training,” said Natalie Cramp (pictured), CEO of Profusion. “They realise that to be the best at their jobs now and in the future, they need to get to grips with the data revolution by learning new skills. Being able to understand and build data dashboards is such an important ability. We’re delighted to work with Sisense to expand our academy to cover these critical skills.”
The alliance extends Profusion’s long-standing collaboration with Sisense now as their global training partner, and marks a significant expansion of Profusion’s Data Academy, one of the UK’s first academic and business training schools.
Adva Almog-Dadush, training program manager at Sisense, added: “This new partnership is a testament to their knowledge of the platform, and having a global training partner will drastically improve Sisense’s virtual course cadence around the globe, as well as enable smaller learning groups. This powers our customers to make the absolute best of their learning with Profusion Data Academy.”
Profusion said it will offer these courses online to professionals worldwide. Upon successful completion of each course, participants will receive a certificate from Sisense, noting they’ve mastered improving dashboard stickiness and driving adoption.
Profusion plans to expand its partnership with Sisense further in the next few months to offer Linux support training and end-user training.
