Cloud data management vendor Commvault has announced that its APJ and EMEA businesses are merging into one organisation.
Led by Marco Fanizzi, who has significantly expanded the business since he was appointed EMEA leader two years ago, the new international region will deliver support to customers and partners across more than 150 national markets.
“As we begin our new financial year as a leader in a very competitive industry, we must remain focused on prioritising our investments on the ability to scale and accelerate our growth globally,” said Commvault CRO Riccardo Di Blasio. “While geopolitical and economic events still challenge the global economy, we can be assured that data management, protection and utilisation will only become more business-critical for every organisation anywhere in the world.”
All regions will continue to be represented directly at the regional management level as the firm looks to continue the consistent, repeatable growth it has experienced from APJ and EMEA, Commvault said.
