B2B technology solutions provider Jigsaw24 has hired Peter Bertram as its non-executive chairman.
As a non-executive chairman, Bertram (pictured) will collaborate closely with founders Roger Whittle (CEO) and John Hughes as well as the broader executive team.
“An executive of Peter’s experience and calibre joining the Board is great news for Jigsaw24, and reflects our ambitions,” Whittle said. “He will help us as we prepare for the next stage in the evolution of Jigsaw24 and what promises to be an exciting future for the Company.”
Bertram brings extensive board-level experience to Jigsaw24, having most recently served as chair of Hobs Group, and has held many other senior roles, including chairman of Manolete Partners, Zinc Media, Esteem System.
In addition to several senior positions at XMA, Cisco, and Azlan, he was chairman of Phoenix IT Group plc for more than ten years before its sale to Daisy Group in 2015.
“I am delighted to be joining Jigsaw24 and working with its dynamic management team. UK businesses are evolving rapidly, and the workplace is opening up to new technology like never before,” Bertram said.
Jigsaw 24 says it is benefiting from the growing demand for Apple products by businesses across the UK due to the increased expectation of employees using their own IT hardware as they work from home.
“Providing personalised, flexible but extremely secure IT services is now key to attracting, retaining and benefitting from the best talent, and as the UK’s premier partner for services around Apple devices Jigsaw24 is well-placed to increase its market share as companies embrace hybrid working and employee choice schemes,” Bertram continued.
His appointment comes after Jigsaw24 recorded revenue of £156m, up 19% on the previous year, for the 12 months to 31 May 2021.
