KKR finalises acquisition of Barracuda Networks

Global investment firm KKR has finalised its acquisition of Barracuda Networks from private equity firm Thoma Bravo to support the email security provider's continued growth.

Hatem Naguib, CEO of Barracuda, said: “We’re ready to deliver on our next phase of growth with KKR and remain dedicated to investing in our team and product portfolio to provide cybersecurity solutions for our customers and partners.”
