Thoma Bravo has hired Inflexion’s tech head Irina Hemmers to lead and grow its new London office, which will serve as a hub for UK and European deals.
Hemmers joins the software investment firm as a Partner and was previously a Partner at European private equity house Apax Partner.

The new London hub is Thoma Bravo’s first European office outside of the US.
