Nasstar has entered a new phase of growth following the appointment of Paul Cosgrave as CEO, who will be replacing outgoing CEO Wayne Churchill to help lead the firm’s increasing focus on the cloud.
Cosgrave joins from Cognizant Technology Solutions where he led the EMEA/APAC Cloud Business and the Global AWS Business Group. He also served as UK CEO and Group CSO for the US-headquartered Microsoft cloud consulting business, New Signature.
Cosgrave, said: “I believe Nasstar is well positioned - with an exciting path ahead - as it continues to transform into a highly differentiated cloud and network services provider.”
Churchill, who helped Nasstar with a series of strategic acquisitions and grow revenues by £200m during his three-year tenure, will work closely with Cosgrave when he starts his new role on October 1st.
